Principal and Director Michael Giraldo launched Giraldo Property in response to a gap he saw in the current agency offerings available to home owners and developers. Commercial agencies traditionally focus on large assets, while local residential agencies primarily focus on the sale of the family home or investment property.
This gap in the marketplace allows Giraldo Property to provide a specialised service tailored to homeowners and developers involved in the small to medium scale development market.

Principal and Director Michael Giraldo is a Town Planner and Development Sales Specialist.

Michael has been working in the property industry for a decade. This experience includes working with a boutique project sales firm, as a successful agent with one of the largest agencies in Australia and also Public and Private positions in town planning.
Michael specialises in working with landowners to optimise market outcomes in the sale of their property by designing and implementing targeted campaign strategies and employing effective negotiation methods. He delivers exceptional outcomes for his clients by drawing on his technical knowledge of town planning and strong sales background.
During Michael’s tenure with LJ Hooker in North Brisbane, he achieved a reputation as the agent of choice in the residential development space. This was solidified in one of the awards he won in 2015 – Runner-Up Young Agent of the Year (QLD) with LJ Hooker, an agency with over 7,000 agents and 730 offices globally.
